Joseph Fantacone is an Executive Recruiter with AJ Consultants, helping wealth management firms, credit unions, and community banks find and attract top talent. He brings a deep understanding of the wealth management industry to the team, allowing him to connect with both candidates and clients on a meaningful level. His approach is centered on building lasting relationships, ensuring that each placement is not only the right fit for the role but also contributes to the organization’s long-term success.

Joseph is a graduate from Kutztown University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing/Administration, Prior to joining AJ Consultants, Joseph built a strong background in executive search within the financial services industry for four years. This foundation gives him unique insight into the challenges and opportunities facing financial institutions today.

He is passionate about helping professionals advance their careers and helping firms strengthen their teams with the right people. Outside of work, Joseph is an avid outdoorsman and plays percussion in a local band. He is also a proud fundraiser for the JDRF, as he is a Type 1 Diabetic.
