Erin Saba is an Executive Recruiter with AJ Consultants. She began her recruiting career in 2013 with a national agency growing the staffing department then moving into permanent placement. She specialized in aligning quality candidates with well-known clients within the Accounting & Finance, Surveying, Civil & MEP Engineering, Government & Municipality, Environmental, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, and Utility Industries.
Prior to her experience in recruiting, Erin excelled in sales and marketing as an Account Executive in the school uniform industry, as well as a Marketing Assistant and Planner in the travel industry.

Erin is a dedicated recruiter and takes time to speak honestly with candidates and clients to ensure the right match. Her strength is in maintaining relationships…with a caring nature and attention to detail, she builds tremendous rapport with her expanding network. In her free time, you can find Erin spending time with her husband, family and friends, or picking up vintage finds at a flea market.
