Danielle Ader is a Senior Executive Recruiter with AJ Consultants. Before joining the team Danielle worked in the banking industry in the areas of compliance and supply chain finance. Her business and finance acumen make her a valuable asset to the recruiting team. Her work focuses in various geographies in the Mid-Atlantic (PA, NY, MD, DC, VA) and manages the OH market, as she is a native of Ohio.

She has a B.S. in Marketing from Misericordia University and is an alumni of the University of Alaska where she received her undergraduate degree. She is active in the community through her volunteer work and various charity races/events she participates in. Outside of the office she enjoys being a soccer mom, cycling, kayaking, cooking and is a diehard OSU Buckeyes fan.
