After a comprehensive, coast-to-coast search, Capital Bank made the strategic decision to hire not one, but two exceptional candidates.

Amar Grover joins Capital Bank as Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Credit Officer. For over 17 years, Amar has built deep expertise across credit and lending through a progression of increasingly senior roles. His hands-on experience and disciplined approach to credit risk management position him as a key partner to Capital Bank’s executive leadership team.

Jesse Dorey-Ferrera also joins Capital Bank as Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Credit Officer. An economist by training and a banker by trade, Jesse is a credit risk professional known for championing strong risk culture. His ability to integrate macroeconomic insight, financial analysis, and policy considerations brings a multidimensional perspective to credit decision-making in an evolving risk landscape.
