AJ Consultants is proud to announce the successful completion of the Chief Risk Officer search for JBT Bank. The national search concluded with the placement of Philip Courtney.

Bringing over 16 years of banking experience, with a deep and strong background in risk management and compliance, Courtney will identify, and manage risk across the organization while supporting responsible growth efforts. He will oversee the Bank’s enterprise risk management and compliance functions, while working closely with leadership and team members throughout the organization to protect clients and their community alike.

Courtney is a graduate of Kutztown University and the Barrett Graduate School of Banking. He is also a Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer (CCBCO) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist(CAMS).
