Capital Bank engaged AJ Consultants to identify their next CAO. After a comprehensive search for the right cultural fit that could also bring the unique skills to the table for a complex, fast growing non-vanilla player like the bank, Layla Collins was selected.

Collins brought deep financial reporting, audit and accounting experience from both the public and private sectors. Previously she had worked with Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. and Crowe.
