AJ Consultants is pleased to have led the search and placement for the SVP Head of Trust & Fiduciary Services with New Horizon Bank. Michelle Meek-Martinez will lead the launch of this new business line at the bank.

As part of its continued strategy, New Horizon Bank engaged AJ Consultants to identify a leader capable of building and scaling a trust platform in the competitive Northern Virginia market. This newly established business line represents a significant step forward in expanding the bank’s capabilities and deepening client relationships.

Martinez brings extensive experience in developing trust and fiduciary platforms, with a strong track record of aiding teams, establishing infrastructure, and delivering tailored wealth solutions. She also provides a strong legal and strategic background that positions New Horizon Bank to successfully stand up and grow the practice from the ground up.

In this role, Martinez will lead the development of New Horizon Bank’s offering in Virginia, playing a key role in enhancing the bank’s value proposition for high-net-worth clients and supporting its long-term growth initiatives.
