Credit Union Search Executive
The Role:
AJ Consultants is seeking a Credit Union Search Executive! This is a key and impactful position with our industry shaping and award-winning search firm. This can be an in office, hybrid or fully remote position. This role will develop, create and implement the credit union search practice for our firm. This person will also develop new relationships and key clients for AJC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bring passion and drive daily.
- Drive credit union client and search growth through generating relationships, leads and business with hands on sales relationship activities and strategies.
- Obtain executive search clients and recruitment opportunities for our team.
- Responsively and professionally create wins and impress client leads and represent AJC with absolute excellence while building strong client relationship and partnerships.
- Identify and secure new client relationships in-person, phone, email, virtual meetings and other methods. This includes a combination of daily active cold-calling, networking online/in-person and other activities to build relationships in the community! Get creative to make key connections for our team.
- Enjoy the act of hunting and finding new clients and meeting new people.
- Follow-up with and engage clients to build relationships, help ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed minimum goals for this position.
- Use social media to continually develop a business pipeline.

Hybrid OR Remote Environment: For those in the market of our HQ, we have great office space and the ability to work from home two days a week. For those out of market, we are happy to assist in the setup of a great home or remote office.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship building ability.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to embrace a service and partnership oriented mindset
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Experience and proven track record of success within Business Development.
- Initiative, Integrity, Discipline, and Pride/Ownership, essentially a strong passion to excel in your professional and personal life.
- Recruiting or sales experience within Banking Accounting, Finance, Investment Banking, FinTech or the Credit Union Space is a plus.
- Team oriented mentality with the ability to adapt to an ever changing environment
