Danielle Ader is a Senior Executive Recruiter with AJ Consultants. Before joining the team Danielle worked in the banking industry. She brings a strong foundation in banking operations, compliance, and supply chain finance, allowing her to engage effectively with executive leadership and assess candidates through both a strategic and risk-aware lens.

Danielle partners with, regional institutions, fintech-forward banks and financial services organizations across the Mid-Atlantic region (PA, NY, NJ, MD, DC, VA) and also oversees executive searches within the Ohio market. Her approach is consultative and intelligence-based, focused on aligning leadership talent with organizational strategy, and long-term growth objectives.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Misericordia University and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Alaska. Danielle is actively involved in her local community and supports a range of charitable initiatives and events. Outside of her professional work she enjoys, traveling, kayaking, antique-shopping and spending time with her family and Doodles.
